About Maria Rodriguez
Maria Soto became a real estate agent in 2003 in the state of Minnesota. She survived the recession and that gave her even more experience in the field by helping many sellers with their short sales. Maria has over 15 years in the real estate industry and has also been a loan officer for several years as well, giving her a vast knowledge and insite of the buying and selling process as a whole. She has worked with buyers, sellers, investors and renters. Jacksonville has been her home for 11 years now and enjoys the diversity of the city and loves the beaches all it has to offer. She is fluent in spanish and is a native of Puerto Rico where she lived only until the age of 3 and grew up in Massachusetts. She knows what it takes to get the deal done. She will guide you along the way so that you as a buyer or seller can make an informed decision and have the transaction be a smooth one. After raising 3 boys, she now enjoys being a grandmother of 2 beautiful girls and 1 vibrant little boy. She enjoys traveling and singing, and had the privilege of recording 3 gospel albums.
